I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with a computer, but the small window was a letdown. The service was impeccable with great assistance for our trip to Vietnam. The location was superb, right in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The dining, while included, didn't impress with some subpar options. Overall, a decent stay but with some room for improvement.
